Melanoout safe for dark skin

I have been treating darks skin conditions. Majority of my clients comes with acne scars, post enflamatory pigmentation, melasma, tribal marks.

I have  options like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser and melanoout to use for skin type 1-2-3-4.

I can not use laser or agressive chemical peels for skin type 5-6 (darks skin). It may cause depigmentation or rebound pigmentation.

The best and safest option is melanoout depigmentation.  It will reduce the pigmentation, large pores, acne. It will smooth the skin.

During treatment the same complications may happen as it may happen in ligth skin types. Skin infection  is  the most important one. Hygen is extremely important  in after care period.

If skin infection develops you may see small puss collections. It is better to start  systemic antibiotic. It will heal witouth complication.

Cosmoprof Italy 2013

I have been  visiting the Cosmoprof for 10 years now. There has been similar products in this sector many years. Companies are changes but products are the same. Laser, radiofrequency, vacum treatments and creams…

I introduced  no needle mesotherapy to this sector  about 10 years ago. The idea has been coppied and there are several different one in the exibition stands now. i can’t believe that the concept i developed in my small clinic in north london took off and become huge sector now. I was very naive  to share my ideas and knowladges with people without patenting it. It is always my ignorence in life.

I  visited the Carrogen’s stand today. The owner is very hardworking and decent man. I do remember the time they started business many years ago. I used to distribute dermaheal products.  They have high quality.  The company has  more products now, they look amazing. I always respect hardworking and honest team. I believe they will do well this year in the exibition.

I visited Mesoestestetic’s stand this year. I can see that they are strugling. They are the most dishonest company i have ever worked with. They may appoint you as a distributor, you put your money and effort in the marketing and they sell the product directly from Spain behind your back. I proved that  on many occasions. The owner has no clue about business ethics. I don’t work with them last 4 years and i can see other distributers have the similar problem with them. There are better products competing with their products in the market and they are loosing the customers in every country now. Well, this is a small world and this is a  small sector, distributors are talking eachother. By the way they stole my idea of “no needle mesotherapy” to developed their TNT system many years ago. I asked them to produce products for me  for no needle mesotherapy concept. They tooked  my project and produced  for themselves. At the time i didn.t  have confidentiality agreement with them.  Be careful when you introduce your new ideas to this company.

I visited MCCM’s stand at Cosmoprof. They are the best. I mean it.  They have several new products as well as fantastic existing products.  Mesatherapy ampuls, proffessional peels, melanoout mask, whitenning mask, temple cellulite cream, gold cream and many more..Their team is very hardworking and honest. It is difficult to find  honesty in this sector. Companies are walking eachothers stands to coppy the new ideas and inventions.

I compleated my  visit in two days. It is  exousting. I decided to take few items to UK. Our clients will enjoy the latest and the best products in the market. I am definitely taking the gold cream  from MCCM with me. 

My son and i enjoyed Italian’s hospitality. They are warm, helpful and  full of fun. I noticed they can tolarate people unlike we are in UK. Their taxies  are kind, helpful and patient.

TRIBAL MARKS TREATMENT / MELANOOUT

Scarification was performed in various ways depending on the purpose and tribe. A sharp object (sometimes a stone or coconut shell) was pressed and dragged across the fresh in patterns or designs leaving behind cuts, then some dark pigment such as charcoal or other acerbic plant juice were rubbed into the wound to make permanent blisters, others used fish-hooks to pull the skin and then slice it with a sharp object. Once the wound was inflicted they were further inflamed by rubbing ash and other substances into it, these cuts when healed form heavy raised scars.

Person with the scar would do anything including facing a plastic surgeons knife to remove or conceal a scar on their faces.

I use vitamin injections to fill the damaged tissue. it may take up to 10 session to get %95 succes rate. After treating the damage, i use melanoout cream to remove the pigmentation.  Total cost may gone up to £2000. Final result %95 to 97 clearance.
